Ortus Energy are delivering solar across the Hook Two Sisters agricultural estate.  Hook Two Sisters is a privately owned food manufacturing company that supplies retailers and food service markets.  Alistair Booth is delighted Ortus have been given the opportunity to work with one of the UK’s largest food companies and is particularly proud of how quickly Ortus has managed to install the first 1MWp.  ‘This partnership is a great way to highlight how industrial and commercial enterprises can reduce energy costs and provide clean energy.  I am so proud that we have had an opportunity to work with Hook Two Sisters, one of the largest companies involved in food production in the UK and together we have managed to develop an ambitious project that will provide significant economic and environmental benefits.’
